Orumio — Standing Orders
Set the cadence once.Every reorderdrafts itself.
Instead of remembering each account’s cadence and re-entering the order, describe it once. On each due date the draft order for that company location is created with its own catalog and payment terms.
For Shopify stores selling through B2B company accounts, whose customers reorder the same items on a rhythm.
What it does
Recurring wholesale orders, drafted on schedule.
Re-entering the same wholesale order
Someone keys each repeat order in again by hand: the right company location, the same items and quantities, and that location’s catalog and payment terms, every time.
On each due date a draft order for that company location is already in your Shopify admin, built with its own catalog and payment terms.
Remembering whose reorder is due
Someone has to remember each account’s cadence, and a date that slips is a wholesale replenishment missed.
Each location’s standing order keeps its own daily, weekly or monthly cadence, and each due date becomes a draft order on schedule.
You review and send every draft order. The app never takes payment or turns a draft into an order. Pause, resume or skip the next run when an account’s needs change.
How it works
How it starts.
Install it on your B2B store
It works with the company locations, catalogs and payment terms already set up in your Shopify admin.
Describe each repeat order once
Pick a company location and its buyer, add the products and quantities, and choose a daily, weekly or monthly cadence. The app works out every future run date from there, including month ends and daylight saving changes.
Run one now
Create a draft order now if you want one straight away, then let the schedule take over.
Trust
What you can rely on.
Built from the location’s current records
Each run reads the current catalog and payment terms for that company location, so each draft uses that location’s catalog and payment terms as they stand on the run date.
Every run on the record
Every run appears in one history with its outcome and a link to its draft order. A run that permanently fails is emailed to you with the reason it failed.
What Standing Orders deliberately does not do.
- It does not forecast demand, and it does not integrate with an ERP.
- It keeps no personal data about your buyers. Contact names and email addresses are read, shown to you, and discarded.
Who is behind it

Your data, documented
What the app reads, what it stores and for how long is written down in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.
What you agree to
There is no separate terms document. What the product does is described on this page and in the Privacy Policy, and the Data Processing Agreement is the agreement between us.
